Nomad's Happy Hour: Pampelle Ruby Rose

Pampelle Ruby L’Apero is crafted on the banks of the River Charente in the Cognac region of France. Bitter-sweet flavours of organic red grapefruit from Corsica are macerated in copper vats at a distillery in Cognac to extract their vibrant flavours and natural citrus aromas. It is then infused with botanical distillates such as Japanese yuzu, French cedrat, Haitian bitter orange bigarade, quinine, gentian bitter and grape eau-de-vie. The end result is a product that works in a range of cocktails from a Spritz to a French twist on a Negroni. One of the Nomad’s favorite’s is sipping on a Pampelle Ruby Rose!
