Nomad's Happy Hour: Classic Aperol Spritz

Here it is - one of our favourite Spring/ Summertime refreshers, the Aperol Spritz. It’s one of the most popular aperitifs in Italy, and it’s as easy to make as it is to drink. It’s a low-octane cocktail (aka low alcohol) so it makes happy hour enjoyable without overdoing it.


  • 60ml Aperol

  • 90ml Prosecco

  • 30ml Soda Water

  • Ice

  • Orange wedge (for garnish)



  1. Mix Aperol, prosecco and soda in a large wine glass (approx. 420ml).

  2. Fill the glass completely with ice.

  3. Finish with a wedge of orange

Nomad’s Tip :

* If you are looking for a beefed up version of an Aperol Spritz, add 1 oz of tequila to the above recipe.
