Anthony Milotic, owner and chef at expanding wholefood empire Rough & Bare, prides his success on the quality of his produce. Receiving overwhelming popularity in their original Mona Vale outpost, Rough & Bare opened their doors in St Leonards in early 2018 to spread their mantra of providing food that is “fuelling life”. The café has also made big strides in convenient healthy eating, with pick-up and delivery services being made available to ensure a nutritious meal is never rushed and always enjoyed.
Rough & Bare’s setup in St Leonards nicely complements their corporate surroundings, with high ceilings, indoor-outdoor seating and specially selected merchandise consistent with the café’s approach to healthy living.
