Barrel Raises the Bar with New Head Chef

Cremorne's award-winning Barrel Bar and Dining has appointed Jeremy Pace as its new Head Chef, firmly establishing itself as a 'must-visit' dining destination for lovers of exquisite food, perfectly matched with fine wine. 

Having learned his craft alongside Guillaume Brahimi and Michelin Star chef Alain Ducasse, Pace steps into his new role with a vast knowledge of French cuisine following his experience as Head Chef of Bistro Guillaume in Sydney CBD. 

“We’re delighted to welcome Jeremy as part of our team,” said Barrel Bar and Dining owners, Tony Binning and Alex Searle. “We’ve built an enviable reputation for our wine list and the drawcard of such a talented Head Chef will appeal to Sydney foodies who enjoy a venue where the glass and plate work harmoniously together.”

Jeremy is also keen to draw on his vast experience to evolve Barrel Bar and Dining into a must visit restaurant and cites Tony and Alex’s reputation within the food and wine industry as a key influence in his decision to take the position.
