Café of the Week: Brewtown Cammeray
Ever since their 2013 arrival in Newtown, Brewtown has established themselves as one of the best cafés in Sydney, heavily committed to providing the highest quality produce brewed and made in store. Their signature 'brewnut', an ingenious interpretation of the cronut, quickly accrued a cult following leading to out the door queues on most days of the week.
Fortunately for Sydneysiders outside of the Inner West, the Brewtown family has grown, opening locations in Surry Hills and most recently in Cammeray. Located in the competitive café courtyard of Miller Street, the contemporary minimalist imagination of the interior is a great contrast to their original space, with the fresh baked goods and home roasted coffee delivered daily from Newtown.
An extensive breakfast and lunch menu showcases Brewtown's commitment to many variations of dining, notably the breakfast bagels giving a modern twist on the classics. The now café chain has cleverly incorporated a sense of differentiation between locations whilst maintaining the high-quality standards of the original space.
