Nomad’s Happy Hour: Peach Bellini

We have a lot of things to thank the Italians for. The one you should concentrate on this summer is the Bellini. A classy cocktail served in an elegant flute - this simple combination of peach puree and Prosecco makes a wonderful start to any celebration.


Serves 4

  • 2 ripe peaches (preferably white)

  • 750 ml Prosecco, chilled


1. Halve your peaches, remove their stones, and liquidize until smooth. Add a splash of water if necessary and transfer into a jug.

2. Pour your Prosecco into the jug and gently mix together.

3. Divide between four glasses right away and enjoy!

Nomad’s Tip

The spirit of the Bellini isn’t exclusive to peaches - nectarines or berries are also lovely used in the same way.
